Cedar Creek will celebrate Veterans Day on Tuesday, November 11, in the CCE cafeteria with a reception to follow in the Commons.
We have three special opportunities to honor CCE’s military family and friends:
Video Tribute Casting Call
Looking for Veterans related to a family at CCE to be in the video that will be presented at the assembly. The CCE student/s who are related to these Veterans will also be in the video.

Veterans’ Wall
Every year we create a wall of Veterans’ photos to display on the butterfly garden windows. If you contributed a picture in previous years, we will use it. If you would like to submit a picture, here’s how:
- Please print a hard copy (preferably 8 x 10) with the following information on the back:
- Name and rank
- Branch of military
- Years served
- Name of related CCE student/s and all future CCE students/siblings in order to reduce future updates
- Other details (e.g. medals/awards/commendations, etc.)
- Drop off photos to the front office. There will be a folder for them in the foyer to the left.
The deadline to submit pictures is Wednesday, November 5. Please do not send originals. Pictures will be laminated and will not be returned unless specifically requested. For questions, please contact Laura Beck (Laurakbeckod@gmail.com.)
