Even if you can not commit to a time slot, we encourage all parents to come tag along with their students as they rotate through their activities and help out as needed!
Parents and volunteers are the only way that this event continues to happen on such a large scale, so thank you to everyone who has volunteered to make this day amazing for our Eagles!

Check-in parent & student volunteers; and direct all helpers to their assignments.

Each grade-level coordinator will float between grade-specific activities and needs. Responsibilities include : • Greet presenters and ensure they have what they need for their session;• Direct grade-specific volunteers/helpers to their assignments;• Help with class rotations;• Switch/replenish supplies between rotations;• Provide additional help to the classroom activities if needed.

Presentation Helpers will be assigned a specific Kinder presentation/activity at check-in, and will assist with their assigned presentation and remain in their assigned location, for the duration of their time-slot. This Helper will not rotate stations.
Responsibilities include:• Presentation support• Help maintain control of the crowd & support break-off activities• Help clean the room & make-ready for the next group of students

Assist in general campus, auditorium and classroom clean up. Assist in returning supplies to Room 23.
